Japan doesn’t care what color you are they do care whether you’re foreigner and whether you’re pure Japanese or half Japanese n blood too that’s part of the culture that’s part of who they are, color really doesn’t mean a lot to them but the way tourist and foreigners are disrespecting their country. Lately You can understand.

Completely agree. Every Southeast Asian country I've been to. There are times when it feels like I'm 7ft tall because I'm standing out and people are openly staring and such. But they're often curious, smiling, ask where I'm from, say hi. They might say something dumb. Haha I've had a lot of people just randomly start listing black celebrities that they like and asking if I've ever met them 😂. But nah. So far in my travels the U.S. is the most hostile country toward American black people.

the amount of lies in this video is insane. Homie really sat here with a liar and just ate it up cause "black samurai." If you did EVEN A LITTLE bit of research you would have known this book is completly fiction and there is 0 historical bases for yasuke becoming a land owner with no last name and a samurai OVERNIGHT. There are so many glaring issues with that, and they are obvious to anyone who wants the truth. You should be ashamed

When his master is killed, he surrenders without a fight and survives. he can't protect master, and he can't stand his master's enemies. A samurai would commit seppuku in shame. There is a record that the enemy was so angry that he dismissed them, saying they were no better than humans but beasts. What a shameless samurai Yasuke is!

Her journey is great we don’t have this opportunity in USA as black people we go school 12 years learning nothing nothing but minimal education when you graduate as black American born on land all scholarships go to the most educated blacks which would be the ones educated outside the states we can’t compete because the teacher is nothing in public school . So when scholarship do come because they consider all dark people the same most of scholarships goes to the blacks that come from across seas but we’re Gods people and he always give us new creations and they are stole as well none of the investors contributes to the world comes back to black Americans. Everyone thinks we complain but our system set up for American black to be at bottom of everyone But God please Gods people keep your head up God will repay Apttmh

It s interesting.. she never really talks about interacting with other Black wonan or men.. I don’t t agree with her not giving her children the classroom experience; if she had to go back to US or more traditional setting.. it would be hard for her kids to acclimate.. her whole experience seems to be what she wanted.. more than the welfare of her children,, no.. O wouldn t take my kids to a forgein country like that..?

I would hope that the kids in your son's class didn't mean any harm. It sounds like an aspect of the culture. But I tend to think your son was viewed as some sort of second class citizen that needed to be trained. It's a great shame, but it's the reality of life. You have to find a place where both you and your son are truly accepted, to be truly happy.

Interesting. I'm American and black and live in Poland and a friend of mine, also American and black and lives in America, told me "let's go to Japan". And I was like "😐😐😶😶" because of the videos of Asians being racist towards black people. You basically described my mindset. I feel like if I ever go to Japan, I won't have any problems. 🤷

Besides the blatent racism shown in the game, twisting of history to extremes, and many other issues. I'm hoping this blows up huge and exposes this Thomas Lockley and all his manipulating - even of him editing the Wikipedia multiple times, putting words in other professionals' mouths after name dropping them/ false claims + shine light to others that they should be doing proper research practices like using multiple sources or going to the original source. I know there are unscrupulous histories of corporate or corrupted scientists in the West etc manipulating the official or general narrative - but these should not repeat again in modern times, and be done so easily. THis guy should be brought to Courts and held accountable for his deeds. I mean, where is basic integrity. It's really shocking how the general public there also lapped up fiction as real history without questioning or realizing. This is really dangerous. In current times with so much socmed and online fake news and twisted stories, is the level of general knowledge/ common sense and lack of critical thinking of the public so dangerously low? Sorry this is my personal view coming as an outsider in Asia, + only finding out about this cos I'm a bit into gaming. To me this is kinda disgusting and shocking. I do hope something good comes out of this and people learn lessons, but I kind of doubt it cos it's so messy.

Yasuke was hardly known by Japanese until Holliwood planed to produce a fantasy movie using his caractor. Liar! he shoul regard as a novelist, not a historian. He should have told his book is a fiction. Then, Japanese would like it and many books might have been sold.

You have grown a lot. Your younger videos were... well... statements of youthful presumption and a bit arrogant when viewed by Black people who'd lived and traveled in Southeast Asia 30-40 years before you. (And naturally, there was a lot about partying. 😊) The world changes... as do we all. I see you viewing from a calmer, more mature lenses. Kudos. It makes ME... now in my 70s, remember that my task is to fit into the world-- not try and make the world fit into me... (my old anchored perspective.)
